1-SINT/ETH
The code 1-SINT/ETH identifies the digital microscope of the MTS3000-Restan system.
The Ethernet microscope kit is an evolution of the standard optical system, developed to allow the operator to check the residual stress hole done by MTS3000-Restan with a digital image.
The microscope has a dual function: first of all it is used to check that the endmill is aligned with the reference points on the strain gauge rosette; secondly also to inspect the hole and then measure the final hole diameter.
The main features of the optical microscope are:
- Anodized block aluminium body of the microscope,
- Ethernet Camera sensor (1600 x 1200 pixel) installed above the microscope
- Supported by all the drilling slides of the MTS3000-Restan system (except the 1-SINT/SLIDE5)
The 1-SINT/ETH kit includes connection cables and the POE Ethernet Switch: it allows to supply and connect the Ethernet sensor of the microscope with the computer.
