Description
1-SINT/OPT
The code 1-SINT/OPT identifies the optical microscope of the MTS3000-Restan system.
The microscope has a dual function: first of all it is used to check that the endmill is aligned with the reference points on the strain gauge rosette; secondly also to inspect the hole and to measure the final hole diameter.
The main features of the optical microscope are:
- Anodized block aluminium body of the microscope,
- Cross-line reticule with external regulation installed inside for the centering of the drilling device with the centre of the strain gage rosette,
- Capability to control the focusing of the crossline reticule depending of the operator,
- Supported by all the drilling slides of the MTS3000-Restan system (except the 1-SINT/SLIDE5)
