The codes 1-SINTT/1 indentifies the replacement air turbine of the MTS3000-Restan system.
This air turbine replacement works with the center drilling slide (1-SINT/SLIDE1), the orbital drilling slide (1-SINT/SLIDE6) and the internal pipe drilling slide (1-SINT/SLIDE5)
Air turbine garantees a drilling speed of 400’000 RPM if supplied with a pressure of 4 bar on the input line.
Using the different endmill type, this turbine is able to drill several kind of metallic materials as aluminium alloy, carbon steel, stainless steels, titanium and Nickel alloy.
The air turbine allows to perform an electric contact zeroing on metal conductive surfaces.
Depending of the material under test and the lubrication interval, the air turbine garantee a lifetime that can reach 80 measurements.
