Residual Stress Software

SINT Technology offers different software solutions to measure residual stresses by the hole-drilling method.

Most of them are mainly developed to work with the MTS3000-Restan system but they can also be used by any operator of the hole-drilling strain gage method.

The main software products available are the RSM 7 and the EVAL 8.

RSM 7 software

EVAL 8 software

The RSM 7 software is the control/acquisition software that can be used during the drilling process to control the depth increments and acquire the strain values.
